Training

training Patronics Limited work to IPC-A-610 workmanship standard and have qualified, in-house instructors carrying out training to all employees to ensure they are fully trained to attained the requirements of our customers and the standards we hold.

We have ongoing programmes of training for personnel at all levels. These include in-house and off site, at college and with our equipment manufacturers. Every effort is made to ensure our employees are fully conversant and up-to date with the latest developments and techniques. Commitment to quality and the importance of the customer are stressed throughout the training, with individual development leading to the opportunity for advancement.
