Training

Patronics Limited work to IPC-A-610 workmanship standard and have qualified, in-house instructors carrying out training to all employees to ensure they are fully trained.

We have ongoing programmes of training for personnel at all levels. These include in-house and off site, at college and with our equipment manufacturers. Every effort is made to ensure our employees are fully conversant and up-to date with the latest developments and techniques. Commitment to quality and the importance of the customer are stressed throughout the training, with individual development leaing to the opportunity for advancement.
